The customer service here was outstanding! As soon as we walked in, the lady taking orders welcomed us and asked if we had ever been there before. She explained what they serve and the different heat levels they have! The place was clean, and our food was definitely delicious!Just a heads up, the hot here is very hot!
I wanted to go 3.5 for the food. It's not a 3 but I can't give a 4. The chicken and the gooey butter cake was good, list a little to sweet siwth the caramel and powdered sugar. The chicken was fried a little harder than preferred but that wasn't my issue. The sides definitely need some work. The red beans were way too soupy, and the Mac had no flavor or seasoning or actual cheese. Even the blue cheese, that's where a hot chicken place shines the ranch and blue...
