i was a little bit disappointed by the pie crust in my ooey gooey buttercake tsoynami - i guess i was expecting it to be more like flaky pastry? but it was kinda hard and solid. and the soft serve itself wasn’t quite the texture i remember dairy soft serve being, but all in all it was still pretty nice!

Nami is a local business that I’ve been coming to since the Phoenix location has opened. Going in and hearing the owner and managers talk about business and other employees that work there, how they need to enforce employees to purchase their drinks is wild. This is such bizarre behavior and so gross, especially in this economy. While other local businesses are giving away free meals to snap recipients, y’all are worried that your employees who you don’t even pay well are getting drinks. This is not community and yall need to really think before you have meetings where customers can hear you. I went up to them and asked if they were actually having a meeting about their employees and they all kinda just stared at me and said yeah…what is that? Yikes, such a disappointment. The only reason I’m giving it two stars because the woman behind the counter is awesome.

the information you just gave me still proves my point?? The issue is YOURE having conversations about employees in earshot of customers during business hours. Why would you think that is an appropriate thing to do? If my employer was talking about me like that, I would be so upset. And 50% off a drink is crazy. You want your employees to pay $2 for a drink? I still stand by that being nuts. They work for you. They come in when it’s 120° out and you want them to pay for a drink when they’re not working?! be better.

Nami never disappoints. Great vibes and great vegan and some gluten free desserts. I love the tsoynami and the Yankee doodle is a favorite. If you like tea, the pricey pear tea is on point!

I was craving ice cream but due to a dairy allergy, I’m quite limited. Stopped into Nami and WOW. They blew me away not only with the flavor but the customer service.
- The tSoynami (fluffynutter’n) was 10/10. I don’t usually care for ice creams with coconut bases but this wasn’t noticeable at all and the textures and flavors of it all hit JUST right. - The oatmeal cream cookie was SO soft and delicious it just melted in my mouth. - The bagel was just really good lol same with the jam love a good ole bagel with jam.

Nami is hands down my favorite spot for breakfast. As a vegan, knowing everything here is 100% plant-based takes all the stress out of eating out. The Wing Ding Dang burrito is my absolute favorite. It’s huge, flavorful, and always hits the spot. The donuts and pastries are dangerously good, and the coffee is great too. Everyone who works here is kind, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. The vibes are always chill and positive. We come here all the time, and it never disappoints.

A must visit! If I was local I’d be here all the time! The staff was so sweet and the fritters were delicious! I only had to wait a few minutes to order and another few to get my coffee. I’ll be back next time I’m in the area FOR SURE 💓
