I have been following this place on social media for about a year before I had the chance to visit their brick and mortar restaurant on 7th Street. They have baked, fried and natural rolls in Mexican Japanese fusion style. Very creative and delicious. They have a few food trucks as well. If you ever get the chance, I would recommend stopping by Sushino Mexican Roll
Definitely recommend to try this place! This was the first time trying Mexican sushi and so Bruno was very nice and helpful in choosing what to try so shoutout And the food was amazingly delicious I will be trying again when down in the valley!
Had the Sushitime and El Freson rolls. Both were very good!

Sushino Mexican Roll is a restaurant with a wonderful atmosphere and great ambience. The staff is very friendly and provides great service. The food is absolutely incredible and uniquely styled, offering a great fusion and a new way to try sushi. The Mexican inspiration behind the rolls is notable. Specific menu highlights include the amazing Vulcan roll, the carnivore roll for meat fans, and the fresón roll for seafood fans. The Cielo mar y Tierra roll is also mentioned. Perfectly cooked wings, waffle fries, desserts like horchata, and enhancements like their special soy sauce and chipotle cream receive high praise. Portions are good and the presentation feels very high end. It is a great place for a date night and is highly recommended.
