I have been following this place on social media for about a year before I had the chance to visit their brick and mortar restaurant on 7th Street. They have baked, fried and natural rolls in Mexican Japanese fusion style. Very creative and delicious. They have a few food trucks as well. If you ever get the chance, I would recommend stopping by Sushino Mexican Roll
Definitely recommend to try this place! This was the first time trying Mexican sushi and so Bruno was very nice and helpful in choosing what to try so shoutout And the food was amazingly delicious I will be trying again when down in the valley!
We really wanted to like this. The environment was great, the music was enjoyable, and we thought we were in for a treat. We had tried Mexican sushi at their food truck once before and had mixed thoughts, it was dry and a little bland. This time we tried their store location and it was worse.
