We were so excited about eating here. We saved it until our last night in town so we could meet family. The family we are meeting has a service dog ( a real service dog not an emotional support animal) The staff was so rude about having the service dog, even asking for documentation. We eventually got seated and it went downhill from there. The serve was extremely rude and absent. We mostly sat with empty cups and dirty plates. It was our worst dining experience in all of Phoenix. The food was a bit overpriced for the value. I would say save your time and go to Doughbird!

I think this may have been my fourth or fifth visit but all of the times have been awesome. The drinks and food are always on point and the waitstaff have always been great. The Brussel sprouts and Cornbread were fantastic appetizers!!
From first step inside to the last step out- we had a phenomenal experience! The food absolutely delicious! Chef greeted our table and gave us education on how our food was prepared and he did not disappoint! They surprised us with butter cake dessert on the house! Sooo good! Thank you!
An incredible dinner! It was our first time trying The Neighborly. We started off with the Burrata BLT and the New School Spinach Dip as appetizers, both were great. Our server was kind enough to bring us the Cast Iron Cornbread as a courtesy, which was also great. The honey butter on top is amazing. For our meals we ordered the Braised Short Ribs, the Baby Back Ribs, and a bowl of Lobster Bisque Soup. All very delicious and the portion sizes are great for the price. We all were very full and opted to skip desert, but once again our server was too kind and gave us a serving of the Butter Cake as a courtesy. That was delicious, we’ll be sure not skip out on that next time we visit. Overall a great dinner, we will absolutely be back to try more!

We went in for the first time last night (3/2) and my wife and I were both very impressed. Right from the get go, we were greeted warmly by the hostess and seated promptly despite being about 10 min early for our reservation. Our server JB was fantastic as well. He was able to answer our questions fully and was very descript in answers. I haven't even gotten to the food yet. Just, wow. We started with the Burrata BLT. Comes with what appeared to be house made saltines. The bacon jam, arugula, and burrata ball - what a great tasting combo! We were also greeted with their Cornbread on the house since it was our first time. Best cornbread I've ever had! For our entrees, I had the Collins Burger and Loaded Baked Potato. I chose the Collins because it came with a mustard slaw on it and sounded intriguing. I almost went with the Butchers Cut, which last night was going to be a 14 oz blackened NY Strip with blue cheese. Unfortunately I knew I wasn't going to be hungry enough to have that but will be going back to possibly have a different butchers cut. My wife had the Sushi Grade Ahi Tuna Poke. She was only able to have a couple bites since she gets full quick. However she took the rest home and she devoured every last bite. Another definite recommend! Overall, this hit a home run for us. We'll be back soon!

The food is always amazing and the ambience was great. It's one of the two places go to that we are always satisfied with the delicious food. Our server was slow and not attentive but very nice. After waiting forever for her to take our orders, check on us, our check took forever and when she came and dropped it off, she didn't bring a pen which was annoying.
I met up with a colleague. I chose this restaurant for two reasons: the food is great, with a good variety of dishes. And there is a parking lot behind The Colony. The 7th Street restaurant row can be challenging when it comes to parking. I had the crab cakes entree. I subbed the chard for the fries. Very good. My colleague got the salmon entree. The server was friendly and attentive (but let the two of us catch up for two hours). I'll be back.

Fun place. Had trouble with the very delayed delivery of our entree. I asked the manager about it. Food showed up within five minutes. He then more than satisfactorily took care of us because of the problem. All restaurants will have a problem occasionally, not all of them will rectify it. He did.
