Experienced the new Brody’s Italian, and it’s a neighborhood gem! The owner, Jason, is a hospitality pro, greeting all of his guests while also working the bar. The new interior is beautiful, and the patio is a great spot for outdoor dining. The food and drinks remain excellent, with some great new additions to the prior Nick’s menu, and it’s the same friendly staff. We’ll definitely be back!

First time at Nicks Italian restaurant. I went with a group of five people and everybody just raved about the food. It’s nice when you walk into an Italian restaurant in it actually smells Italian and it taste even was better. Nice quiet Quaint 10 table restaurant that I will go back to time and time again.

Quality Italian food at reasonable prices from this neighborhood style restaurant. The service at Nick’s from JJ and Orlando is both personable and efficient. Our go-to Italian restaurant in the Tatum/Shea area. Try it, you won’t be disappointed!

I've been going to Nick's > 15 years. Three times, in the past 11 months, I've gone to eat at the restaurant only to find it closed, long before their advertised hours.A few weeks ago, I was turned away, FOR THE THIRD TIME and told the kitchen was already closed (it was just shy of 8 pm) on Sunday night! Who closes their kitchen before 8 pm any day of the week?First time this happened, doors were locked and everyone gone by 8:15 PM. Second time, was just like the 3rd time. You might want to call before going or you could be wasting your time, like me! Never again for me!

Valentine’s day today. Decided to order takeout. We gave up on Nick’s on Pinnacle Peak some time ago as it really went downhill. I thought maybe Nick’s on Tatum would be worth a try. It was basically inedible for $64.00. So disappointing! Don’t go!

The chicken piccata from Traders Joes ($7) is far superior and presented in a nicer way than the $27 I purchased from them. It was so unfortunate that the sauce was so thin. Not much flavor at all. RIP, SAD!

Door dashers beware!! I literally waited 45 min to an hour on a double order. For some reason the system wouldn't allow me to unassign. Places like these don't understand the longer we wait the more money we lose. This really hurt my earnings for a Sat. BEWARE!!!

Love Nick’s, this has been my go to place for 5 years. Jason makes the BEST martinis and I can always count on a warm welcome from the staff (JJ, Orlando, Ellie, Skyler).Best way to start your meal is with their Caesar salad or one of the soups (the minestrone is my fav) after that, I recommend it all.

Disappointed in sausage pizza. Almost no cheese and very little sauce.

My wife and I came here for new years eve . We started with a bottle of red wine ?that was from Italy and was delicious ? the Price was really good..then was tried caprese ...The price doesn't even come close to the little bit of food you get ... 4 slices of tomato ?.... $16.00?Then I had a the chicken asparachi it was ok the chicken was not seasoned at all... The pasta portion was kid size ..My wife had the baked ziti and that was really delicious ? I would order that again it was yummyFor dessert was tried the tiramisu that price $10 was super fair. Completely humiliated tonight after ordering off of the catering menu. I ordered a dish that suggests it’s served 10-12 people. We questioned the small tin at pick up and we were brushed off and quests were on their way.It only served 6 adults!!!!! BarelyCoincidently. We only got 6 slices of bread and a handful of bread pieces.I knew it when I saw the size of the tin.No way that would serve 10-12Completely humiliated and had to scramble to feed the rest of the guests.Beware their catering portions are truly HALF of what they claim*****RESPONSE TO THE OWNERS RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW*********Shocked by the arrogant response after my humiliating evening. The owner needs to review his catering website. They clearly offer two options, 10-12 or 20-25 person portions. The owners response tried to shame me about not better communicating what I was needing. I chose their suggested amount to serve 10-12 PEOPLE.I wasn’t hosting athletes and also had pre dinner appetizers. I was serving 8 and had to scramble to provide for two more people.Yes, I sent an email because it’s what they offer to order from their catering website menu, but I did try calling. Clearly no one was at the restaurant at 9:00am.I didn’t order a half tray, as the owner wrote on his response to deflect anything on their part. I ordered your suggested serving for 10-12 people.I stand by my review that their suggested 10-12 person catering portion, truly serves half.
