This is one of the better ramen places in the valley. The broth is rich. Meat toppings hearty and succulent. The noodles are just the right consistency

Only thing I could hold against the place in my last visit was that the restaurant was a bit on the hotter side

They could maybe westernize a bit more and offer more of a build-a-bowl experience

Nishikawa Ramen is a solid spot if you’re craving ramen in Phoenix. The broth has good flavor, I will say the portions are pretty big in my opinion . The noodles were cooked well, and the toppings were fresh. While it may not be the absolute best ramen I’ve ever had, it definitely hits the spot and is worth trying.

The atmosphere is casual and comfortable, and the staff was friendly during my visit. Service was steady, and overall it was a good dining experience....

I had a good overall experience at this place. The person taking our order was polite, patient, and attentive, and made sure that we were served only vegetarian food, which I really appreciated.
