I have considered Ocean Prime one of my favorite restaurants for quite some time. We ate there on July 18. The food and service were excellent as always but it seemed like the prices have gone up substantially. For three adults and a four year old with the adults each having a salad or soup and an entree (no dessert), plus a bread basket, a kid's meal, a Diet Coke, a Scotch and two glasses of wine, the cost with tax and tip was over $480.
Should have known better than ordering a steak at a Seafood restaurant. Wife loves seafood so went there, steak was over seasoned and mostly fat. Garlic Potatoes and Mac and Cheese both lacked flavor. Service and drinks were the nightlights of my visit.
