Don’t let the neighborhood fool you… this spot has some of the BEST sandwiches in Phoenix.
The vibe inside is awesome—old license plates, vintage décor, and history on the walls from when it first opened 40 years ago. The owner is super passionate and you can taste it in the food.
I tried the cheeseburger sub (one of his creations) and it was amazing. Definitely going back to work through the rest of the menu.

dude likes to talk down to vulnerable communities. he's making a huge shtick out of the zone clean up and talking very derisively and foul about the homelsss populations.
