The deep dish pizza was delicious and the price was not bad for an airport

It's rare for the cheese of a pizza to be overcooked while the dough is not fully cooked but they achieved it

I don't know how they managed it, but I was successfully served a piece of pizza that was both burned and soggy at the same time. I ate the toppings and threw away the rest. Worst piece of pizza in recent memory.Eat before you go through security at PHX. Inside security, all the options are pretty bad.

I think I had a missed connection with someone sitting next to me, both to scared to chat with each other.

Made to order breakfast sandwich (bacon, egg, cheese, avocado) and decent espresso with efficient staff saved my sanity after 18 hours of delayed and canceled flights. Thank you!

The food is always good, especially for an airport location. Real not boxed eggs. Friendly staff. Fast service.

Initially, the parking garage situation was difficult to maneuver until I called to see which garage was best. We had reservations and were seated right away. The lighting was perfect; dim and elegant. The atmosphere and ambiance were relaxing. Our server was attentive to our needs and watched over us without interrupting. We each started with a glass of wine and chose to have the bruschetta appetizer. Main course, I ordered the pork tenderloin. He ordered the braised short ribs. Each dish was prepared to perfection.I absolutely would recommend, but I encourage you to make a reservation several days in advance. Enjoy!

The cashier woman, Tamoo, was maybe the rudest customer service person I’ve ever encountered. First, while waiting for my sandwich to be made, she meanly yells at me to stay where I am when I take two steps away from the sandwich counter so I could look at their drink options. Then as I’m at the cash register, she flips out and starts berating me and calls ME rude because she didn’t like how I was holding my phone with a meal voucher QR code up to her. I get that working in the airport can be difficult it was wildly unacceptable behavior.

Very poor experience here — spent 30 minutes waiting for the sandwiches we ordered only to find out that they lost the ticket and had since sold out of the ordered items. Staff were unapologetic and unfriendly. The salad had fresh lettuce but was overall disappointing.

Enjoyable and reasonably priced, even for an airport. A lot of the other restaurants in the phoenix airport are on the pricey side but this place is a perfect mix of real meal and low cost.

This place was really good. I was short for time and needed something to eat before my 3 hour flight east. They were open with several options to select from. I ordered a turkey panini and coffee, the service was great and my food was delicious. I definitely recommend them. They have great coffee

It took almost 30 minutes to get a simple panini sandwich. Half the staff was ambling around behind the counter chatting with each other, and after multiple other orders placed after ours were received quickly, our questions about when our order would be ready were brushed off. When we finally got our sandwiches, they'd gotten part of our order incorrect (the grilled cheese had tomatoes when we requested they be taken off). The only reason this review is not one star is because the latte we ordered was made right in front of us as we were at the register and was tasty.
