Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

It's too bad, but when you pay as much as you do these days to eat out, you expect pasta to be fully cooked. It's unfortunate that these mistakes happen when you spend hard earned money. It was the very last time for Olive Garden for us.

I was on hold for twenty minutes for hostess and then hung up on me. Unacceptable!

First time out to this location and it blows the ones out in Mesa out of the water !
Highly recommend Ben as a server here. He listened to all the details, so willing to fix the small mix up on the steak (he noticed himself, we didn't need to say anything ) .
The manager was good here as well he came up offered to remake the steak .

We’ve been going to Olive Garden for celebrations but this time around my wife and I had a little date. Ashley our server was great! She was very cheerful and would check on us often. The food is always good and affordable since we came in for lunch. Definitely a good time!

The last few times I've gone I've had excellent service. The waitresses have been very accommodating. The last time there was an error and someone was served the wrong meal and they went above and beyond to make up for it. The food was fantastic, breadsticks kept coming, and everything came out very hot. Excellent cocktails too!

Excellent Olive garden restaurant, very well managed, very clean, good quick service, food was very well prepared and presented and tasted excellent, this is definitely one of the better ones,!

We waited for 10 minutes and no one served us, no one came to get our drink order. Several wait staff walked by us but none made eye contact or anything. We watched another table get served before we did, that came in after us. The only difference between us and the other party was we were brown. We never did get served so we left. I wouldn't go there again. Very disappointed.

I was invited for my birthday lunch with by niece. We were welcomed in with a smile and promptly shown to my table. Our server dropped the ball more than once. And yet, she stood there at the end when the bill was being paid, asking for a tip. Which was tacky! Our service was poor. The salad had the wrong salad dressing. The appetizers were hot, but the meal was not. Bread was not readily offered. We had to catch her and ask for more. The server for the next table was the best, as she took care of her customers and us too, and she did it with a smile. We waited for an unreasonable amount of time just to go containers. It was terrible. The server was so busy trying to be a comedian that she forgot that she's a waitress.
