I went to have lunch. They charged me 50% tip. I asked to reverse it and they charged me twice.

Soup was served cold had to send back and eat after main course, salad dressing not what it use to be? Italian was bland so asked for ranch which used to taste homemade but now tastes like bottled. Even the bread sticks didn't taste as good. Then when we checked the bill they added 🙄 an iced tea we didn't order? We brought alkaline water and only got glasses of ice with lemon. Really thought they would offer to take something off the bill 🤔 but instead they added the tea we didn't order 🤔

Just left the service was a joke, gave us soggy salad with the crumbs of the croutons on top. Bread was super hard. Just bad experience I do not recommend this location.

The waitress, Erica was awesome and the food was good, but the bathroom stalls were gross! I couldn't even guess when was the last time these door hinges were cleaned!

It's too bad, but when you pay as much as you do these days to eat out, you expect pasta to be fully cooked. It's unfortunate that these mistakes happen when you spend hard earned money. It was the very last time for Olive Garden for us.

I was on hold for twenty minutes for hostess and then hung up on me. Unacceptable!

First time out to this location and it blows the ones out in Mesa out of the water !
Highly recommend Ben as a server here. He listened to all the details, so willing to fix the small mix up on the steak (he noticed himself, we didn't need to say anything ) .
The manager was good here as well he came up offered to remake the steak .

We’ve been going to Olive Garden for celebrations but this time around my wife and I had a little date. Ashley our server was great! She was very cheerful and would check on us often. The food is always good and affordable since we came in for lunch. Definitely a good time!
