We had an amazing experience at Olive Garden thanks to the incredible customer service from the manager, Joe, and our server, Kim. We were seated near other guests who made unkind comments about my 4-year-old child, who has ASD, being too loud. It was an uncomfortable situation, but Joe and Kim handled it with so much compassion and professionalism.
They quickly moved us to a new table without hesitation, were extremely apologetic, and made sure we felt welcomed and supported....

I felt we were seated with the Loud people because we have 2 small kids. It was hard to enjoy our meal because of the people around us. I happened to use the rest and there were plenty of other seating options.
