One stop is definitely a great and convenient way to swap your unhealthy eating habits with good ones. Really fast and the shakes tastes amazing!
I usually go to the Tatum 101 location without issue. This afternoon a new employee was working, I was overcharged for my usual smoothie, and the drink was unfortunately made wrong. I tried to call the location after realizing, and got no answer. I headed over to the Mayo location and Sydney helped me resolve everything.
Been stopping in the last 2-3 months after the gym. Staff has always been super kind and helpful, the guy this afternoon was great. If you buy the items you can in bulk the 20% discount makes it a competitive price with sales elsewhere. Other things are normal rates, some sales here and there, and the points you get help you earn something later. If you’re looking for a brick and mortar place, it’s definitely worth stopping in.

One Stop Nutrition is a popular spot for healthy treats and supplements. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and always willing to answer questions. The shop offers a variety of products, including smoothies, vitamins, and supplements. Customers can expect to be greeted with a smile and receive helpful service from the staff. The smoothies are a popular choice, with options like OJ, peach, and mango. While some customers may find the aftertaste of the smoothies to be unusual, they are a great meal replacement option. The store is clean and organized, making it easy to browse a huge selection of brands, flavors, and sizes of supplements. The staff, including experts like Gavin and Kefir, are friendly and respectful, often going out of their way to provide excellent service. Kefir, in particular, is known for making phenomenal shakes and is appreciated for his kind and respectful attitude. Customers can also enjoy the "Secret Menu," with favorites like Nutter Butter, Butterfinger, and Captain Crunch "Ooops All Berries." Pre-Workout supplements are available, and military discounts are offered with a 10% off. Overall, One Stop Nutrition is a great place to stop for a healthy snack or supplement, with friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere.
