Finally tried Otro Cafe and now I understand why it's such a popular breakfast spot in Phoenix with amazing Famous Flapjacks, flavorful linguica sausage and quality food all around. The relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff and quick service made the experience even better and I'll definitely be back to try more from the menu.

Update: Aug 2026: vibes are cool, I only love there breakfast, lunch menu is ok. Corn from the appetizer was missing flavor, chips and salsa was great, I ordered the cod bowl with no rice that was ok. They have a cafe which is nice. You can order coffee, sweet bread. This good place to meet with friends..

Update: 7/17/2025: there is no more pancake with fruit. But there breakfast is good. Like the huevos rancheros. Great customer service.

Sometimes have live music, but it is already noisy enough in the restaurant. Food is usually good. I picked up a breakfast burrito to go today and was not thrilled with it but the restaurant was very crowded and did have a waiting list to be seated. They have a coffee and pastry bar if you want to grab something quick or if you have to wait very long.
