Otro café lived up to its reputation on large portions and yummy pancakes. The staff was very nice and responsive to our needs. My pancake arrived cold so I mentioned it to server, she took it back, and made me a new one. They were very apologetic about the cold pancake. It’s a very busy restaurant but the wait to be seated and served was not horrible.

So impressed with our server Santana who really made our experience special by laughing with us, accommodating our requests, and making delicious recommendations. We’ve been here many times and this experience stood out thanks to Santanas hospitality. The perfect touch was Sandra, the manager, stepping in to ask about our experience. We cant wait to be back!
