Visited Over Easy in Phoenix for brunch. The cozy, retro diner vibe was charming, with a lively but not overcrowded atmosphere. Staff were warm and attentive, from the host to our server. My maple chicken sausage was sweet and tasty, and the pancakes were fluffy. Portions felt generous for the price. Parking was tight in the plaza, but we managed. A small suggestion: more outdoor seating would be nice for sunny days. Will definitely return!
