This isn't the review I wanted to write for this place. My wife and I found Paco's Tacos about a year ago and have gotten it almost once a month since then.
Today will be the last time we do. As I walk in, an employee is taking out the trash. Then, without washing her hands, takes my order. Afterward, she returns to taking out another of the trash bins. Returns once again and enters the kitchen to immediately put together my food order. Again, without washing her hands.
The food here is great, but not good enough to risk a food bourne illness from employee negligence. We will not be returning.
Food was delicious and reasonable price! Great value with great taste! Would definitely recommend!

Food was delicious! Absolutely the best Birria I’ve ever tasted. I came here with my Co worker and we both enjoyed it. Learned about the son’s parents and they have another restaurant! You get what you pay for! Thank you staff!

Great find! Near the airport, easy parking. Very friendly staff and quick service. Had the birria ramen, taco al pastor, and carnitas taco. Flavors were spot on, and the salsas were perfect complements. Can't wait to go here again before my flight home.

Place is a hole in the wall that did not disappoint! Quesadilla Birria was amazing. They even have keto tacos! Don’t skip out on the the chips and guac, mouthwatering. Met the owner who was super friendly, told them to head out to Buckeye area soon! Would deff come back. Yum?
