Great service. Great food. Great value! I got the chicken shawarma plate and my boyfriend got the kefta plate - they come with the rice, pita, and salad! Everything was delicious and the portions are very generous. We had plenty for leftovers!! After we finished eating we could not resist getting baklava by the pound to take home. It's by far the best baklava I've ever had and it's worth the trip alone just to get their yummy treats! The walnut and pistachio baklava are a MUST.

This place is such a hidden gem. We always get so much food for such a good value. We usually get the family meal tray that feeds 4 people and always have left over for days. The rice is so fluffy and their meats are always well cooked!

Palms is always great! The food is delicious fresh my favorite is the lamb shank! But everything is delicious, the falafel, the kibbeh, the dolmas all delicious! And let's not talk about Mr. Sweets where you can get any kind of baklava you can dream of!

The food has never disappointed, always fresh and tasty. Last night the wraps were tasty as well. But during the night my husband and I had diarrhea and vomiting from the food. Won't be going back. Clean up your act!

I admit I have not explored other providers of Gyro in Phoenix but I love the taste of their Gyro. Lived in the Chicago area for most of my life and have enjoyed many middle eastern restaurants. AND having Mr Sweets in the same store for pastries is a plus!

Excellent flavor on my chicken and beef kabobs. Cooked perfectly and spiced in the most flavorful way without too much sodium involved. I went to the grocery section and picked up a few items... Turkish coffee etc as well. Even the music in there was great!!

So first impressions are everything. Upon walking in, you are hit with raw heat. Pretty sure there was no AC on. All but 2 of the tables were gone, which is not surprising, due to the whole covid-thing. We were greeted, but as we looked over the menu board, a group of women came in; all of middle eastern ethnicity. As they stood behind us, i could see the woman behind the counter fidgeting...and she finally said..quite loudly and rudely..'Are you ready to order yet??" So i was going to step aside to let the women order, but a man came up behind the counter, and waved the women up to the side of the counter, so he could take their order over there. Rude. We ordered. The woman was very impatient, and we both felt like we were being scoffed at, because we weren't 'ordering right". I ordered Beef Shawarama with rice and my wife got a gyro pita plate with fries. And babaganoush.(sp) I ended up with fries somehow. The beef was cool and chewy. I should have went with chicken. The wife liked her Baba....wasnt not impressed with the gyro. I tried the meat..and it was tasty. The highlight was the bakery..which is part of the restaurant, but not part of it. We got a selection of about 4 different baklavas, and a few fried glazed dough items. All were awesome. If we were to come back, it would be for the bakery items only.

Placed a take out delivery and went with the Beef Shawarama Pita with salad on the side. Mediterranean Cuisine were craving a huge appetite of mine. I like how this meal came with a can of soda and for a great price! The amount of beef was very gracious and the tastes had a nice grilled flavor. The side salad has a nice fresh taste that complimented the pita dish.

Owner/Mgmt is so disrespectful and rude. I went in to pick up a doordash order. They didn't put the order in correctly and go mad at me when I told them they owed me another can of pop. UGH!!!!!

We had this food delivered. Due to some health issues, we are essentially eating vegan. We each got the veggie platter and lentil soup. We didn't try the tzatziki sauce due to dietary restrictions. I thought everything was good. My wife did not like the dolmas, but that would probably be true about any dolmas. We are looking forward to visiting in person.

Not in the mood to persuade anyone today. All I'll say is I'm a fan of delicious goodness accompanied by quality service. Eat here. The food is better than anything on the intersection it's located on, Greenway & 35th Ave. The family that runs the place... always kind and pleasant. Be warned: hefty portions = guaranteed leftovers. Unless you alone eat for 4. It's ok. Sometimes I do.

The owner and staff pride themselves on their service and excellent food. We have had several items, but the lamb shanks are the best. Prices are very reasonable. In addition, there is a great bakery inside the restaurant. And the bakery staff will let customers sample a pastry that may be of interest.
