It doesn’t make sense why they have an app to order online and it gives you a time estimate to pick up your food and now you come pick up your food and it takes 40 more minutes for them to serve you your food. every time we come through the drive-through it takes over 40 minutes for them to serve food. How hard could it be? What are they doing?

I don’t know what it is about every panda express I go to in the valley. But they just seem to be going downhill. Kind of like how KFC used to be so amazing and now nobody wants to be caught in one. This one is just like the one by my house. It takes forever. They are always behind because they never have anything ready.

Always accurate orders. They fill up the container you order. Nice employees. Fast service food always fresh. The best one in the area DO NOT GO TO 19TH AND GLENDALE. The manager is so rude

I went to get a 5 entree plate with beef broccoli, king pao chicken and orange chicken . It wasn’t even busy and they forgot my beef broccoli! I don’t go to this Panda spot regularly so I don’t know if this happens often here or what! I am disappointed!

They took my order. Charged my CC Card and said it would be here by 1:30pm. It’s now 2am and said delivered by 2:34am. Come to find out they closed at 2am. Ordered thru door dash, Panda doesn’t allow for consumers to add a special instructions, so it stated to contact the store but I received no response after calling 3x !!!

Ordered online, arrived at 10:30pm and had to go through the drive thru, it’s now 11:16pm and I’m still in the drive thru. This can only be explained by them actually flying to china to collect my food from kung fu panda himself. I’ve spent the past 45 minutes questioning my very existence. If anyone finds a silver VW Jetta at the bottom of the nearest body of water, it’s probably because this panda express caused me to emotionally spiral out of control so badly that it rubbed off on my car. If this food isn’t absolutely stunning (which I mean, cmon, it’s panda express, expectations were low to begin with), then I think I’m going to end it all. Send help ASAP. I hope to leave this drive thru one day and never come back.
