They over did it with the cabbage in the chow mein. The teriyaki chicken was extremely fatty this time around. The fried rice and orange chicken were on point as usual.

The Sweetest Soysauce

This place is slow but the upside of that is the food is always fresh. I ordered a bigger plate which was 2 orange chickens and 1 beef and broccoli. They put the beef and broccoli in the red takeout container. Might as well have ordered super greens because when I opened the beef and broccoli it was all broccoli and two tiny, sad pieces of beef. Sad to pay for an actual side but they skimp out on the meat part of it.

The service was HORRIBLE! The manager Rosa tried to deny my service animal and was extremely rude about the situation! After I explained that it’s AGAINST THE LAW to deny a service animal she again stated that there was a drive through. Something that should have only taken 7 minutes makes took 15-20 minutes because she wanted to argue about it she didn’t even want to see the service ID. She should definitely not be a manager risking the business by having a potential lawsuit at hand! Poor leadership! This is how she handled the order through the food together and didn’t give the correct portion just to try to prove a point! What horrible service. Will never go back to this location Rosa does not have customer care skills at all!

Inside restaurant experience, line was long and what looked like customers with very complicated orders taking extra time to explain what they wanted I remained patient. However upon ordering I realized that the person taking the orders to start the order did not have command of the English language and had difficulty understanding what I was requesting. Often she would seek the help of other workers to interpret what I had said. There are so many other positions in the restaurant where you don’t have to actively communicate with the customer and felt that this person would be better served to work in the other positions due to the high volume of restaurant traffic in and within drive thru. I think her experience as a worker would be better as well. She seemed frustrated. I suspect she was placed into that position and she was uncomfortable with it. Management of this restaurant should consider the employee and the customer experience when deciding positions of communication in their restaurant.
