Jaimie, young looking guy. Horrible etiquette and extremely rude. Terrible experience and by far the worst service experienced at any Panda across 3 states. Ordered beef and broccoli and the kid tried give me 2 pieces of meat and told me "he knows what his proportions are suppose to be". I politely asked for a even balance of vegetables and protein and he got a attitude and caught a BF like a high school female going through puberty. This place will hire anybody. Had to drive 4 miles elsewhere to get my family food. Kids a total jerk.

I came after work next to closing and I understand many restaurants want to give left overs or stopped cooking. They made everything I wanted when I knew they no longer had certain items. Much respect I love this location

Teriyaki chicken was raw when they sliced it .I brought it to their attention. They sliced a few more pieces seeing that the rest was raw as well.they threw out what was there and asked the kitchen to cook some more. I waited. They never cleaned the board the raw chicken had been sliced on. . 2nd time around it was still raw inside or very pink as one would say when they sliced the chicken on the dirty board. The wait staff gave the pan back and asked them to cook it some more. I let them know I was no longer interested in the chicken, didn't trust the cook, so requested the orange chicken instead. Guess what , I got frickin home and I had the raw, very pink chicken with chowmein.Talk about mindful service. Talk about thinking of the health of others. Talk about how they didn't care. Just disgustingThe lack of empathy and professionalism and adhereing to health standards is a big fat zero.no one ever apologized or offered a reimbursement. I'm advising ppl do not go to this panda express. They literally could make someone very sick or one could even die. I'm calling the health board

I’ll never order from this location again. Usually panda is standarly good wherever you go. The food tasted not fresh, hard, stale, I guess.I ordered on the app and arrived at the time it said. I went through the drive through.The girl working the drive through seemed like she hated her job.She gave me the food and hardly responded when I thanked her. Then I realized she didn’t give us the drinks to the combos. She didn’t believe me I guess, because she made me give her the food back. She looked at the receipt and of course, I was telling the truth.The drinks should’ve been ready with the order if it was a combo?Anyway. She goes and gets another girl, and they both just grab a cup and start filling… they didn’t even ask me what drinks we wanted. They just picked whatever. One of the drinks was for my son, and he really doesn’t like soda, but that’s what he got stuck with.She handed me the drinks, and this time I didn’t thank her because even when I was trying to be friendly she was rude. I grabbed the drinks and left.Usually I wouldn’t have cared if there was a mix up, but you pay extra for a combo… so I wanted the whole combo, drink too? That’s the point of purchasing a COMBO. Secondly her attitude was just so bad about fixing the order, she probably shouldn’t be there.
