I’ve been here a few times, not always the most friendly serviers and was looking at other options untill today I thought one more try, I went and Kevin served me, lovely friendly understanding, knew how much I love that honey walnut shrimp. Went to this particular Panda Express today since for whatever reason they're closed on Saturdays. Got there and find out both the doors are so busted you have to legit yank on them to open them. I get to the counter to order and it's very clear that both servers want nothing to do with me being there. Had to repeat a few thing on my order a couple of times for them to hear me. They basically rushed me to the payment terminal and sent me on my way. Went to get my drink...
Panda Express usually has a drive-thru, but this store doesn't have a drive-thru, so I went in and ordered. The entrance door was so stiff that I thought it wouldn't open, but a staff member came out of the way and opened it for me. I was surprised to find that the staff were kinder than any other Panda Express I've been to, and the food was presented with more care than I've ever seen before.
