It was my first time at this location. The service was good. I ordered the chicken teriyaki. The portions were generous. I gave 4 out of 5 stars because some of the white rice had brown pieces. I don't like brown pieces of rice in my white rice. See photos. I recommend this location.
Its weird the people complaining about bad service because ive been living in the area for 5+ years and NEVER had a bad experience with PE they are always fast and super nice and talk very clearly Ive never had a rude experience or waiting for a long time literally im always treated quickly and nicely so idk but just speakimg on my experience everythings good
I am still giving this place a five-star rating although I waited an awfully long time for some food to be cooked. It was worth the wait. It was very fresh and the ladies up front did a great job acknowledging my wait time and even offered me a free large drink for the hassle. Way to turn what could have been a bad experience to a pleasant one!!
