Panera Bread

$7 smoothie did not taste good at all. I had low expectations going in, and was still disappointed.

Don’t waste your money here. $15 for an awful iced coffee and tiny bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich that was missing the cheese. I asked for extra napkins and was dismissed by a rude employee. I tossed the coffee and walked over to Cartel Coffee. Corporate should be embarrassed.

The worst food I have had at any Panera. Half of my Sandwhich was bread only (stale bread). The other half was cilantro that had went bad (dark green and wilted). The other half barely any chicken or sauce. I could have dealt with them being out of the peppers, but everything about this meal was disgusting.

Ok, so this is an airport food location, I get that the quality isn't necessarily going to be as high as other places. However, I expected better from a place known for their sandwiches. On the bright side, the soup was great and getting to add on a free bag of chips is a nice bonus. Also, the food came out fairly quickly, which was nice, and the sandwich bread was lovely....the sandwich itself, not so much. As you can see from the picture, I'm not sure there is any way you could mistake THAT for a Caprese Melt. Do better, Panera, do better.

The place more or less is a standard meal like other paneras
Service was quick
Kiosk was easy
the new crossaint bread was pretty decent
But yeah will go here for a quick meal

I walked what seemed like a mile to get good food to eat before my flight.

Tasty as always. There was initially a mix up on my order. They were very friendly and more than made up for it (most places wouldn’t be so accommodating), which was much appreciated near the end of a long day traveling. Thank you!

Good food Good service... Prices are outrageous!

I am not a Panera fan—and rarely ever enter one—but I feel like this PHX location is underrated. For the ability within an airport to get a customized healthy meal that was actually quite decent, I’m happy to give this 4-stars.
I got the chicken salad with dried apples and pecans with extra chicken, + avocado, no cheese, and no dressing. Service was pleasant and food tasty.

Kiosk for ordering. Great options, salads, soups, sandwiches and sides. Plenty of sweets too, if you have a sweet tooth.
Short wait, or order was correct. Very happy!

33 minute wait for “rapid pickup”

Not serving hot sandwiches, and very limited on soup options. Ordered cups sized items but were charged for bowls. Poor service, but maybe as expected in an airport?

Excellent food at the airport while waiting for my flight.
