I placed a 60 dollar order tonight and when I called after 1:15 min of no contact or movement on the tracker I called. Lori the manager was very rude and did not try to make my order or even take my order number to double check if it got lost. She made no effort to refund my purchase. I had to call Wells Fargo to cancel the transaction. I am super angry at this Interaction because where I live this is the only papa johns I can only use this location to order from. A Big Shout out to the team at Papa John's Pizza , store #2249 in PHX. After my mobile order got all kinds of F'ed up I went to their store, the one my order should have gone to. As I spoke to the manager (I forget her name) someone from the mobile app called. They said after 6 failed process attempts they would refund my money, points used and a coupon I had used.
