Haven't eaten here in years. Used to be one of my favorites but I didn't like it as much as I used to. If you have a Costco membership then you're better off buying from Costco. Cheaper and better.

It was pick up so obviously there's not really going to be too much of an atmosphere but i feel like the worker wern't too happy which is understanable because there typically only one or two. My food was made on time and always correct, they use the right amount of dough unlike some other locations where the pizza feels like soggy cheese and bread.
I wouldn't call Papa Johns a fancy pizza place but that's kind of the goal, they want to be more affordable...

Isabelle and Cecilia gave me fantastic customer service when I had an issue with my order from the app. They rectified the issue and where very nice, polite and very professional. I was irritated and thinking of not going to order from this store in future. After meeting and receiving the service from them I changed my mind and will always order from this location in future because of this experience.
