First time in Phoenix! & we decided to get coffee at Peet’s when we landed, the coffee tasted delicious! But unfortunately the lady that was working Oct 24th at 8pm had very bad customer service & was just rude.

I asked for white ice smoker and and I paid eight dollars and I just received a whole cup of ice. Is that what I’m paying for?
I have travelled the US extensively by airplane and this is by far the worst place I ever ate in an airport. amalgamation of all the worst airport things: slow, dirty, coffee was actually disgusting, and it made me sick on the flight. i’m never trying peet’s again

As I was going through PHX airport I came across this coffee shop. I was pleasantly surprised by the awesome customer service delivered by this young lady? there (sorry did not catch the name ) my cappuccino ☕️ came out fantastic , the young lady did a great job with my sandwich and while I was adding sugar to my drink k I could hear her bubbly demeanor toward the other clients wow ? Kuddos to Pete’s coffee for having such a pleasant employee in their team ?

This place didn’t have one person for the past 3 hours.. so it is not open 24 hrs! Thought I would get lucky at 5 am while waiting to board. Geeze At least put a sign up for when returning . Geeze the amount of money they loose out on for the amount of people wanting a coffee and standing around for just a 1min.

Bad service rude lazy and wouldn't pay the person working there a dam dime .this place says it's open 24 hours but the 13 year old working at the counter just turned me down and said they were closed like my money wasn't green . The owner needs to hire real managers who train these teenie boppers some customer service and etiquette skills ?. Bad for business and really bad for credibility.

Super excited to get my morning coffee.The barista seemed pleasant and kind until she told us what was available as far as breakfast sandwiches, she spoke so fast labeling what they had.When I asked for a breakfast sandwich she said“That’s not what I said we had.” With absolute attitude and proceeded to condescendingly say the list of sandwiches at a fast pace.I asked her if she was having a good day and she proceeded to have attitude stating that she was having a good day until I asked.I let her know the communication was off because I was not able to catch the information on the breakfast sandwiches available and to please say them a little slower.Once the order was finally complete I apologized for any misunderstanding.She proceeded to talk poorly about the situation behind the bar as I was waiting for our meal and coffee.When she gave me my drink last she ended up yelling at me about my attitude and the “vibe” being ok until I got there.I apologized for the misunderstand and miscommunication where she proceeded to state there was no misunderstanding or miscommunication.I let her know to speak to her supervisor where she yelled his name and stated to go ahead.I figured this would be better to deal with the situation since communication was obviously not efficient.

The worst experience in an airport to date! Cashier was annoyed either because my friend didn’t know the name of his coffee drink, than after paying she handed us cold pastries, never asking us if we wanted them warmed. My friend handed his back asking to please warm his she took it back but was not happy about it. When I asked if she could please warm mind, she said no that because I stepped away (like one step back) she can no longer warm it. Next when our coffee were ready the barista sat them down and I asked which one was the decaf she said neither, I said I specifically asked for decaf, she said she would remake with an attitude like it was my fault for having make another. She remade it alright by giving me either the same one or an intentional caffeinated coffee! It is 6 hours later I have landed and home and I am still feeling nauseous, headache, spewed, and now stomach issues. Internal jitters with shakes, and cold chills. I have tendinitis and caffeine makes the volume increase significantly. Those two should not be working in customer service and I encourage the corporation to look into this specific Peet’s Coffee located in Terminal 4 departures.

Not sure why I’m taking the time to post this. After reviewing the rating and comments, doesn’t seem to be improving. However, one can’t fix problems if they don’t know what they are. So here goes…Very early flight and need coffee. Peet’s it the only coffee shop in my terminal. Yay, according to the website it opens at 4:00!!to my dismay, the shop was all dark at 4:17 but two workers setting stuff out. So I asked “what time do you open” very rudely he said 4:30. Wished the website would have been correct!!! Wish there was another coffee shop in my terminal… yet again I wait in an airport… good thing I’m early for my flight!But wait, there’s more!!! At 4:35 the gentleman begins to turn lights and music on and graces all the patrons waiting behind the gate with his “musical talents”. As the customer continue to add to the line… he then pushes out the gate creating a maze and tells us to go around. If that wasn’t enough, the young lady taking my order seemed perturbed to even be bothered with my order.

Unbelievable experience.. and not in a good way. I walked up to the coffee shop and stood in like behind a man while the batista helped him. They made his coffee and then didn't charge him. He looked like an airport employee. After he left I then walked up to order and they completely ignored me, then walked back over with a big closed sign and said "were not open right now" and walked away again. No "sorry" or any sympathy whatsoever, completely rude. The lady next to me said she's never seen that coffee shop actually open for anyone. A total joke.
