For the SECOND time, we received undercooked rice. There was a mixture of cooked and undercooked, but primarily undercooked. I tried to just eat the honey seared chicken which had more breading than usual, but of course the rice stuck to it and I ended up sick. The kung pao chicken was missing some ingredients or rather the ingredients were improv. What happened to you all? We’ve been eating at this location for years without issue. However, the past year the quality has declined....

This is the second time I come to this location lately, and it smells like swerdrain, I believe the mop is full of bacteria and no bleach, nor food smells in the place... might need to check the cleaning solutions

Today I was in Phoenix and saw Pei Wei as I was driving by. It was around 10:30 when they opened, and they were already cooking up a storm and it smelled AMAZING! I was immediately greeted and asked if he could help me. Poor guy didn’t have any clue what he was getting himself into 😂. I asked lots of questions about their new menu, and if I could substitute and add things. He answered everything with a smile and kindness. He asked me if I was a Rewards member and when...
