I'm giving it a five star because, although the food is always good.
From Texas, Dallas, to here, in Phoenix, I've been to Pei Wei for several years and always had good food.
So five starts on food.
The rest gets 4 stars. It's not dirty, but it's missing that warm, welcoming feeling. Maybe it's just the front line people, because the cooks are busy cooking, so i don't know.

Wow, they killed it today. Came in after Easter service , brought a family of 5. We ordered everything, including two big bowls of won ton soup, crab puff thingys , egg rolls , for 80 bucks. They have this new drunken noodle dish that’s amazing. Customer service was very good. Nice job guys .
