Got the Firecracker Tofu. Was a simple dish but the portion size was good and the service was quick and congenial. Happy this option existed.

The workers started screaming in the airport when the store was closing. I was waiting on my food and they celebrated that they didn't have to work anymore and I had to remind them that I already paid. Gave me my food eventually and it was just as you'd expect.

Stopped in waiting for a flight. The food itself was surprisingly solid for a airport chain. The firecracker chicken was crunchy and gristle free, not over fried. The white rice was not dry or soggy, just regular ol' decent white rice. The bourbon chicken portion was meager, but what was there was well cooked, not dry, and it did not just taste like Chinese food sweet brown sauce #46, had a little smoky sweet like bourbon glazed at big chains. If you're in the airport and don't want to go down the entire other wing to an overcrowded Panda Express it will satisfy your mid Chinese craving, maybe even slightly upper-mid.
Pro: nice staff made sure one order was rice free when the kiosk didn't allow it.
Cons: fried rice out of stock, several soda flavors out of stock, counters pretty dirty which I usually don't mind much, but had to wipe it down.

Absolute garbage wasted over $100 here buying my family lunch before a flight. Most disgusting meals we've had the displeasure of having. Everything was soppying wet as if it came out of a sauna. Rice tasted like a baby chewed it up, and spit it back out. Save your money, and go Bobby's Burgers or some place else.

Terrible food. Greasy chicken rubbery. I ordered the bourbon chicken and a vegetarian egg roll. I threw away the egg roll - burnt on one end spurting grease and tasteless. They were out of napkins. They were out of fried rice and some other things. I should have demanded a refund but instead I threw it out. The counter girl seemed stressed. These things are probably out of her control so I didn't confront her. The POS wouldn't put in my egg roll so she had to enter another item and tell the cook. Just inexcusably aweful food. The sere yourself kiosk would have been a better choice.

Portion to price ratio is the main problem. Rice spread thin and im sure they even counted the chicken bits. Just get a burger next door or go to panda in the other terminal. Food was tasty just felt disrespected w the portion size

This used to be one of the best Pei Wei restaurants, but it's now the worst. Very limited menu selection, overcooked food, and overpriced. I'll eat at Panda Express from now on.
The hours of operation posted on Google and the Sky Harbor website are incorrect. They are open from 05:30 AM until 10:00 PM.
It’s airport food so I was not expecting much. For 16.29 you can get a spoonful of chicken and some dry crusty rice. I just opened it and had to return it. RETURNED.

Also, the white rice they served me was the loose, long grain kind. Think it was basmati rice.
