Horrible food! Extremely salty and low quantity and quality. Save your money

Food was raw. Veggies hard. Tofu tasteless. The cook staff was prioritizing a party in the back over actually cooking the food properly. At least the guy running the register was straightforward about processing a refund. Just avoid this spot, if they are this careless someone is going to get sick eventually.

I tried the new firecracker tofu, and it’s my favorite. The tofu is so fresh, and I really hope they keep it on the menu forever.

The beef was so greasy the meal could not be finished. Better off purchasing a snack from a nearby gift shop.

Poor experience! $14 for a small croissant egg sandwich. The food literally looked like it was made 10 hours before I got it or a week ago. It may be the airport-but even Starbucks offers better food and costs than this. Assess your company!

Can't believe the people who work there! Workers screaming at each other, including the lady manager JULIE COREY! An African-American young lady who takes your order screaming with the cook who has a long beard! The lady manager goes side by side screaming and playing loudly with the restaurant next door, Humble Pie Pizza Place! Feels like a circus.

The staff is horrible. The curly haired person is downright rude.

Food is also not like a regular Pei Wei. Poorer presentation and taste.

If you're going to close the self order kiosks, put a sign or turn them off. Took a couple minutes ordering on there before the cashier said it was register ordering only. By that point 6 other people jumped in line. What a headache.

The menu is limited, but the gluten free and vegan items were clearly marked. The staff was knowledgeable about the menu items and were able to accommodate some requests.

Slowwwww service, not enough chairs, and if course over priced. The burger place next door is extremely slow as well! Expect a 20-30 minute wait after you order to get mediocre food.

This has to be the best airport food we have eaten. We had GLUTEN FREE firecracker tofu with rice. The flavour was amazing with the sauces we had. Very friendly staff. The lady from Chicago was so helpful helping me choose gluten free vegetarian.

I went here because it was getting late (10pm) and all the other places to eat were closed or had limited menus. I’ve never eaten here but I was backed into a corner. Firecracker chicken was dry even with the sauce. No spice or flavor in the chicken or the rice. They didn’t have soy sauce or any kind of condiments available. And the dumplings were not good but. Not worth 25$ probably not even worth 13$ I wouldn’t recommend this spot
