We where looking forward to a nice family meal with family visiting us, but was somewhat disappointed with the service last night! The waitress forgot one of our kids drinks which we had to ask for again and again. She called my son a her and him. His clearly a boy! So that was insulting! She brought out the food separately with delays between us there was 6 of us! We didn’t have silverware with the food and had to request some and my son wanted ketchup with his fries and burger and again we had to keep asking! Mean while his food was getting cold! Then they brought the wrong sides out on my husband and I plates and instead of leaving the wrong one they took it away and we then had to wait ages to get the replacement of the right order. I also made them aware of a nut allergy but they stilled served me food with nuts on it! The waitress then made a comment saying your table is tense which was very rude. So even though the food was nice the service was awful and insulting and as a result we will not be going back and defo would not recommend this place for a family!
