Every dish at this pho shop is delicious! I often came here to eat when Phuc's boys and girls were still young. It's been 25 years since I returned because I was so far away and unexpectedly the restaurant became more crowded than before! But today's banh xeo is not very good because using thinly sliced boiled meat has a fishy smell, so using marinated pork belly first is delicious.
A smallish pho joint. Super busy... 45 minutes + wait. Good price point. Big bowl (for the Xe Lua). Decent amount of meat. Noodles - thin version - got quite soggy after about 5 minutes. MSG detected. Dry mouth for both of us and we ended up drinking a lot of water.
The wait was long, this is a popular place. The dinner was to capacity with tables and chairs, there is no standing room if there is no immediate seating you will have to wait in the parking lot, there are a few lounge chairs outside.
