I had a wonderful lunch with a good friend at this location today. We both had the Mediterranean salad, which was huge and so delicious! Our waiter, Timothy, recommended the seasoned chicken on this dish instead of the usual plain grilled. Normally I reluctantly eat the chicken in salads because it' boring. but this chicken was tasty. Our waiter, Timothy was warm and friendly, and he made us feel like friends - insiders! I'll happily drive from Ahwatukee to 7th Street...
Tim at Pita Jungle was absolutely incredible. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely made the entire experience feel special. He anticipated everything we needed before we even had to ask and treated us with so much kindness and energy. Outstanding service like his is rare, and he deserves all the recognition in the world. I really do love this place. I resisted for years because it's a chain and there are a few Mediterranean mom and pop restaurants that I really like. I started going a couple of years ago for happy hour as it was near my former office. Great food deals! I like the Southern and Dobson and the 7th Street in Missouri locations best. Service is always friendly and impeccable. And I love the ambience of both of those spaces.
