“Oh my gosh—Jessica, the manager at Pizza Hut, is absolutely amazing. I had an issue with my pizza not being hot, and I’ll be honest, I came in pretty upset. But Jessica handled the situation with so much professionalism and calm. She completely turned everything around.

She made sure me and my kids left with a fresh, hot pizza, and she even gave us a voucher for our next visit. Her customer service was outstanding, and she really knows how to de-escalate a situation and take care of her customers.

Jessica deserves recognition for the way she handled everything.“

“The $7 meal deal I get every week as a treat for myself and my 14yo daughter. Ready in 15 minutes for 2 medium 1 topping pizzas and it helps having a location literally acrosses the street from my apartment.

Parking: It's not a dime in location.“

“The pizza hut express is closed so I went to the Starbucks across the street and asked for a pizza and they asked me to leave the premises. I'm going to start my own pizza/coffee business and shut down all the Starbucks across the country. MARK....MY....WORDS......“

“Yesterday I ordered the new chicago style pepperoni pizza. It was pretty good although half the pizza was real saucy , which I like and the other half was kinda dry with almost no sauce. It wasnt that late but they had already locked the doors and i had to ring the bell at the togo window. The lady was meh.
It is just hard to get good customer services from milleniels and gen Z's they just don t seem to want to work.“

“I’ve had a couple of recent issues with missing drinks in my orders from Pizza Hut. Both times, the staff was very polite and respectful when I brought it up. They quickly resolved the issue and even offered me a free drink as compensation for the mistake. While I appreciate their excellent customer service, I hope they can improve their attention to order accuracy moving forward.“

“It been a good place to get our pizza from most of times. Sometimes we ask for extract toppings and they do not add them an still charge. Most of the time it happens with a guy who's name start with a N. We know people can forget things but not when a good customer is paying for the pizza an the extras. Thanks“

“This rating was determined by the amazing service I received from Zoey and her team quality service you don’t get these days from pizza food chains. First time trying Pizza Hut and all 3 on last nights shift was amazing. Highlighting Zoey for taking her time with me , gave recommendations , great attitude and wore gloves. Pizza Hut dough is trash let’s be clear lol but Zoey replaced it with wings cooked to perfection, promote her! lol“

“Food is good, I pick up doordash orders from here pretty often. The pizza is almost always ready, super hot, and smells/tastes amazing! Staff are all very nice.

Parking: Decent parking lot, I've never had issues and I pick up orders for doordash all the time.

“What can I say? We all love pizza, and everyone has their own idea of great pizza. Pizza Hut has good flavor, and their sausage isn't overwhelming. Which is nice. But if you order extra cheese, make sure you grab a lot of napkins. It's super greasy! But isn't that what makes Pizza fun to eat? Also try there other stuff on the menu. I always did like having salad with my Pizza. ENJOY!!

Vegetarian options: They have the vegetable crust available.

Parking: Parking lot. Free much space.

“easy in and out for my take out order. customer was short and to the point, could've been a bit more friendlier and less obvious about being irritated he wasn't on his phone. the atmosphere so simple and clean in the end it's a pizza place nothing more nothing less.“

“I am writing this review to commend the general manager, Dan, on his excellent customer service. I ordered delivery for my staff yesterday to thank them for their hard work. Pizza Hut used DoorDash to deliver my pizza, and the DoorDash driver completely messed up my delivery location. When I called to straighten it out, the driver told me he didn't speak English and proceeded to speak rapid Spanish to me and then hung up. I called Pizza Hut to tell them the problem, and Dan answered the phone. He apologized for what happened, fixed the problem by making new pizzas, and hand delivered them to me in less than 30 minutes. The pizza was hot and the staff loved it. Thank you to Dan for saving the day!“

“Craving some thick pan pizza, the only kind of crust you can get exclusively from Pizza Hut. Ordered my custom pie: half pineapples onions, the other half cheese and onions. Ordered the yummy cheese sticks as well. Picked it up and it was still piping hot when I drove 15 minutes back home. Great customer service and that large pizza didn’t last 10 minutes after I came home. Sorry no photos unless you don’t mind seeing the empty pizza box.

“Customer service is always on point at this location! During slow or busy time the whole team has a great attitude! Dude with the beanie and glasses is super friendly and professional. Great team work! Plus most importantly pizza is always hot, ready and exactly what I ordered.“

“I do not particularly like Pizza Hut, it's just not my favorite but I do have it occasionally. I submitted my order online thinking my Pizza would be ready by the time I got there, but it turns out Pizza Hut has an error in their system; where orders are randomly cancelled or never submitted, this claim was later substantiated when I got back to my work and saw an error message saying order did not go thru. Which seems like a huge oversight and something corporate should address. The young man was very polite and was able to make my Pizza ASAP and is the main reason I am leaving a 5 star review. It was extra impressive as he was all alone.“

“Food was delicious as always since this is my local Pizza Hut. I got a simple pepperoni pizza with 8 medium boneless wings and they were hot and fresh and the wings were saucy just how I like them. Jeff was super helpful, respectful and takes pride in his work.“

“I had forgotten how freaking amazing pizza hut is. The customer service is amazing, and the food is amazing. Let me tell you this story: A few weeks ago, we stopped by. I always forget to get their names when I have the best experience ever. He was a young man stating he was the manager. In the restaurant, it has teenage mutant ninja turtle boxes up on the wall as displays from one of the employees coloring them. I have my little girl who's an amazing artist and my boyfriend who's obsessed with the turtle, lol. I asked if we could get extra boxes so my little girl could draw and color them. He was so kind to cut some boxes and give us the lids. My little girl was so happy. Besides how great the food is, the customer service here was such a blessing. Beyond how the littlest things can make not someone's day but someone's experience the best memory ever!! ❤️❤️??“

I appreciated that so much, this has always been our favorite location just for the food quality and service but now it's more than that. It's a place we're connections are made and friendships can form. This location feels like home.“

“Atmosphere, quiet and warm. As in, empty and slighty climate controlled. The soda was refreshing. The mozzerella sticks were very good. The personal pan pizza was odd. The top was baked just this side of perfection, but the crust was still doughy in the middle. A two step process, perhaps. Not inedible. Not planet shaking failure. But not a ringing endorsement either.“

“I ordered tonight online and they delivered thru door dash I noticed my mozzarella sticks where not with the order so I called the store and the shift lead I can't remember her name offered to send them out again or give me a credit I asked her if it would be easier if I picked up since I don't live far she said yes, when I got there there was a gentlemen ahead of me at the window upset because he ordered something and they did not have what he ordered so they cancelled his order like anyone would do, well like most people know banks don't refund the money right away so I understand his frustration there as he stated that was all he had for feed his family, the shift lead explained to him that they were out of what he had ordered so she had no other choice but to cancel the order and refund payment he then began recording her as she went to the back to continue making other orders, he kept knocking on window and pushing door bell till she came back over and politely asked him to leave, she handled the situation very well im commend her“
