This rating was determined by the amazing service I received from Zoey and her team quality service you don’t get these days from pizza food chains. First time trying Pizza Hut and all 3 on last nights shift was amazing. Highlighting Zoey for taking her time with me , gave recommendations , great attitude and wore gloves. Pizza Hut dough is trash let’s be clear lol but Zoey replaced it with wings cooked to perfection, promote her! lol

The below photos are of the pizza I ordered - this is supposed to be a pan pizza. I brought it to the manager’s attention that this was hand tossed and. It pan and that I paid extra for the pan and he kept saying it was the pan. When I told him I had just ordered pan pizza earlier in the week from a different Pizza Hut and this was not the same, he then said the dough didn’t rise correctly. Why not just admit that the first time instead of arguing that this was correct??? He was unconcerned about the customer’s satisfaction and unwilling to make it correct.

Watch your credit/debit card charges. Food was good but I don't trust Pizza Hut anymore, and will never order there again. On 10/17/24 I placed an order online. Total for this order was $15.20. On 10/19 they billed my credit card and added a $5.00 tip. This was an online order and I drove to pick it up. I wasn't to happy, so I called and spoke to a manager. He said he'd refund my entire order for the hassle. He said it was something with ordering online. We'll, today is 10/30 and I never received my refund. Luckily my credit card company caught this huge tip and sent me an email. They asked if a $5.00 tip is what I had given. I said no. Therefore my credit card company gave me the $5.00 back the same day. At least I got that. But what really ticks me off is that this should have NEVER happened, and the managers promise to refund my entire order was nothing but hot air. I'm only writing this to warn others if they order online, to be on the look out for any over charges. I think this is a BAD way of doing business and will NEVER order there again, and I will let EVERYONE I know know, how pizza hut over charges and adds HUGE tips to their online orders.

The service was fast and the pizza was made well, I just don't understand how it can be so tasteless, like there's no taste to the ingredients. The sauce is almost totally unseasoned and tastes worse than store-bought. I'm guessing Pizza Hut is downgrading their ingredient quality while still charging a ton for their food. I probably won't be eating Pizza Hut for awhile.
