The food was decent - pizza's and garlic cheese sticks. They site said ready in 10 min but got there about 15 min after ordering only to be told it would be another 10. Also, they sometimes let people collect in the lobby a bit before someone comes up to the counter, which can get a little irksome as they are not sure who got there when. It is a carryout only, so I'm not sure how much atmosphere can be expected. Overall, it was decent; I'll be back, I am sure.

It was a huge pain to use the credit from my last order. I called the store phone number and was forwarded to an answering service. They couldn't look up my credit so I had to wait several minutes to get connected with the store. When I arrived to pick up my order there was no one visible to help me. I called out and no one came. I had to repeatedly open and close the door triggering a noise for someone to notice me. It turns out the sole employee in the store was wearing headphones listening to music. When she went to cut my pizza she notified me that it wasn't well done as I ordered so I had to wait a few more minutes for that.

25/11/2023 Wingstop. This is a first visit for us at Wingstop. The location we went to was takeout only. The first impression of the location was not good. See picture of garbage. Overall the inside of the location was well kept. The ordering was quick. The order arrived in 8 minutes 38 seconds. Pretty darn good the wing containers are also cool. When we asked for our order they said that they didn’t have an order. It didn’t take them long to find it. Good thing I had my receipt. We ordered 12 wings. 6 honey BBQ and 6 lemon pepper. The wings we sit hot when we go home. About 10 minutes. The cost I felt was a bit pricey $20 for 12 wings. As for the wings they were very good and very meaty. Lots of flavour in both kind of wings.

I want to give the BIGGEST SHOUT OUT!!Miss Cameron did the best job I have ever witnessed by a twenty something?! bravo, young lady awesome job she took an unfortunate situation to the perfect solution. She maintain her composure she delivered a solution. She recognize the problem she gave corrective action immediately this girl got skills.

Order was ok. nothing great. But when we were missing 'wings', i called and asked for refund, and was told it's PIzzaHut policy to NOT return money for items if the order was pizza-centric. Ummm: what? Are they not all pizza-centric? It's PizzaHut --You forgot the wings with my pizza order, and you're stealing my money by not refunding me for food you did not deliver! Wow. And that's the company policy? PH is somehow legally allowed to steal your money AND wreck your dinner? Hey Chandler-Store: An $8.00 mistake has cost PH a whole family of customers. 'Just an awful company, location, and experience. Order ANYplace else. Oh: The PizzaHut app SUCKS too, and empties your cart when you choose delivery or carryout options, making ordering unnecessarily difficult. Umm: wake up PizzaHut, you're "fast-food"..., you should cater to that audience or close altogether and save the world the aggravation of trying to buy an overpriced pizza from you.

ORDER #3231017173108001411035855Order was over an hour late. The pizza was cold to the touch and soggy. No call or text to inform the customer that their order was running extremely late. On top of that the order was short a few items. Lastly, there was evidently zero effort to preserve the quality of the order by way of making certain it is actually delivered in a reasonable temperature.It is 2023 and there are very little signs the work ethics are improving among entry level workers. We will be avoiding this chain and thusly deleting the app and account.

Nice soggy pizza. Shorted the order, and not even a text or call to alert the customer that their $50 pizza order would be delivered much later than expected due to lack of accountability and work ethic.

I ordered 2 big boxes for a team building experience for my employees. Once pizzas arrived, one of the employees noticed a hair on the pizza, which, yes, gross! But I picked it off and tried to move on. Long story short, we found more. Called Pizza Hut right away, but there was no answer for 53 minutes. Then speak with the manager. She was quiet, nothing to say, and just paused. She gave me a credit of $15 dollars out of $85 and said, "Oh yes, sorry about that." Come on now, you ruined our entire meal where no one ate, and that horrible experience cost me $70 and 12 starved employees.

Would be five stars if the Doordash delivery drivers drop off the right order. Second time its happened to me. But the food itself is always good. I wish they had regular employed drivers again.
