I am writing this review to commend the general manager, Dan, on his excellent customer service. I ordered delivery for my staff yesterday to thank them for their hard work. Pizza Hut used DoorDash to deliver my pizza, and the DoorDash driver completely messed up my delivery location. When I called to straighten it out, the driver told me he didn't speak English and proceeded to speak rapid Spanish to me and then hung up. I called Pizza Hut to tell them the problem, and Dan...

I ordered online for contactless pickup and my order was placed in my passenger side through the rolled down window.My order was a large order and everything was there and correct as well as piping hot and fresh!!!! I had a delivery issue and the General Manager, I dont remember his name, really went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. It was really refreshing to have a company do that for one customer. Definitely will order again soon!
