We came here after a long day of hiking.

food: i got the wise-guy pizza. Fresh dough and ingredients. Really yummy.
I also got the seasonal Handmade Mozzarella Salad. Really refreshing even on a winter evening.

I ate this all togo. We were a party of 8 and the wait was about 2 hours long. We didn't want to wait, so we ate this all togo near by. I would love to eat hear inside. The inside looked nice inside.

After reading a mix of reviews about the pizza most good but some bad, i was curious. This is a very good neopoliton pizza. The crust was extremely flavorful and had a great bark on the sides and bottom. The crushed tomato sauce was as good as I've ever had. I honestly think the bad reviews had to have been extenuating circumstances.
I also ordered the market pasta, which I know is not going to be on the menu very often, but the pistachio pesto with white wine was amazing. It was served with penne pasta, italian sausage, and mushroom. I loved the pistachio in place of pine nuts. It brought a deeper balance to the basil. I highly recommend this as a go-to Italian restaurant in the valley.

Best pizza in the United States and that is saying a lot because I've eaten a crud load. Recommend that you get the Sonny boy but substitute the Soppasa for prosciutto and tell them to crisp it.

We were curious to see if this restaurant lived up to all the hype and it absolutely did. 4 of us decided that it was in one of our top ten lunches. We tried 3 different pizzas and did not come to a clear favorite except to say that we loved them all. The house red wine helped to make the meal. We finished with dessert and a cappuccino. Highly recommend!

If you enjoy wood fired Napolitano inspired pizza - This place is worth a visit. The Limited menu means they specialize in less but prepare their food with excellence.

Ambiance is also unique and breaks the mold of a lot of other places in the area making the experience feel special.

Would offer a 5 star but the price point was a little high. We love pizza and with the competition for a good wood fired pizza is growing, the cost, no drink refills etc keeps us from frequenting as a family.

Cute little place. I've never had any other pizza besides Chicago style. It was good, the crust was Awesome. I'm not sure I'd necessarily call it "pizza" though other than it was circle 🤣 it was.. different but really good

So overhyped. Pizza was soggy and underwhelming. Do not recommend.

Maybe I came with too many expectations, but my first experience was disappointing for sure. There were no reservations available except for 4p and yet the place was maybe 30% when we left?? Why was nothing later in the evening available to grab a table for 2?

We tried the Rosa and the Sonny Boy. Rosa had a chance to be great, but an overcooked and really crispy pizza dried out the crust and cheese. Was surprised the pizza was even served to us and not rejected at the pass.

The Sonny Boy was fine…yes the crust here was soft, and chewy, and crispy in all the right ways, so a bright spot in our meal, but overall we didn’t come for ā€œfineā€ pizza.

The service was so-so, the waitress didn’t seem to have any energy to suggest food to us, just named all the pizzas when we asked for recs.

Maybe we should have gone to the main location in Heritage and the pizzas would have been made with more care, I dunno. If back in PHX might go back and give it all another try, we shall see.

Ok I may get some folks going with this review but here are my thoughts.
Service: it's fine. Efficient, professional, and you can't ask for much more than that. Not over the top but a solid job.
Atmosphere: Once again it's fine. If people are expecting knock your socks off atmosphere in a pizza place you are nuts.
Pizza: This is my personal opinion so take it as you may. Full disclosure I'm from CT and close to NY so I know what I'm talking about for pizza. From what I can see they are trying to thread the needle of not quite a NY style pizza and not quite full neopoltian. The hydration is on the lower side and there is hint of a sourdough taste in the crust. Overall the crust isn't bad but I wish there was a little more water in the dough. The sauce is kinda boring at first but after you try it a few times you see it's a great compromise between sweet and acidic. A little black pepper would help but that's personal preference. The cheese is fine but just standard fresh mozz.
Overall it's a solid pie but not a world beater in my opinion. It's a tough compromise to have a neopoltian structure with a NY style dough but my view is pick a house and do one style or the other. If you are looking for solid pie go here. U won't go wrong but if you are looking for a transformational pizza experience there is better out there.

Lives up to the hype!

Extremely good ingredient focused pizza.

The crust makes the pizza and this crust is perfect.

Had the Sonny Boy and the wise guy and they were both excellent .

Full wine list and limited apps, salads and sandwiches.

Expect a wait... And expect to be happy

This is a highly popular pizza spot, known for it being featured in Netflix documentary, its no-reservations, no-takeout policy, and long wait times of 1-2 hours. With such hype, you’d expect something more than just good pizza — and while the pizza is indeed good, it’s far from extraordinary. You can find equally great pizza across Europe or in many places throughout the US.

The service was decent, and the ambiance was minimal, nothing particularly memorable.

Overall, it’s an okay experience, but certainly not a must-visit when in Phoenix.

Fantastic pizza, but absolutely try the Market Pasta. Their sauces are amazing. We try to split a pizza and a pasta, but often wish we would have ordered two pastas and a pizza.

Wheelchair accessibility: Is accessible to wheelchairs in restaurant and bathrooms. Parking is normal strip mall parking lot.

The pizzas are great, but the pasta was not good. I recommend Pizzeria Bianco only for the pizzas
