Probably the best Neapolitan pizza in the country with very original creations. Homemade pasta and sauce is incredible too. Anthony at the bar is super!

Rosa pizza was delicious. Nice chewy crust and tasty topping. Worth the hype.

We tried every pizza on the menu, and they all exceeded our expectations! The pistachio and Biancoverde pizzas were our favorites, along with a few others like the Rosa. However, those two truly stood out as the most flavorful and unique pizzas I’ve ever had. Our attentive and knowledgeable server, Tito, provided excellent recommendations, and the manager, Patrick, checked in throughout our dining experience to make sure everything was perfect.

Had high expectations.Hostess very pleasant immediately showed us to table, someone came with menus and a bottle of water.Server came and when asked about salads was informative.Large well dressed leafy salad and somewhat doughy focaccia.Pizza was brought to table with no plates other than plate which we had had our salad, waitress walked by the table said she would bring plates, they never arrived.Pizza was crisp on the edges but wet and slippery overall. Definitely a disappointment based on all the oohs and aahs.I would not return

I was delighted to finally get a reservation a week in advance as it is always booked. Upon arriving at 6:00, the restaurant was almost empty. Out of curiosity, we rechecked with Open Table, which still showed no availability. The food was average, the service was average, the prices were moderate. We are long time patrons of Bianco's and are sorry to see that the very thing that made this restaurant famous, the outstanding pizza, has been lost. Ours was simply OK. We have noticed a consistent downturn since the LA location opened. This doesn't appear to have just been an “off night”, as this has been our experience the last three visits.

Like so many others, I had heard about Pizzeria Bianco from the Netflix special.

I was in Phoenix for a work trip and I made this my first stop for dinner. It didn’t disappoint. It was a Tuesday evening and I walked right in and was seated at the bar.

Started off with the simple greens and they were great - it was a huge salad!

I had the Rosa pizza and it was delicious. Loved the mix of flavors with the pistachios and cheese.

It felt like I was in Italy again, but it had its own special taste. Received excellent service as well.

It would of been a 4 but the bathroom when we went was clogged or there was a septic leak. It smelt bad or like mildewy water. It was hard to enjoy the food. Which made me think it was overpriced. Service was good and food was good but the smell was pungent

Had high hopes from the Netflix series. Unfortunately the limited choices of pizza kinda left us surprised. And no IPAs was even more of a surprise. Chicago, where we are from, still is king of deep dish and wood fire pizza! And I'll throw in tavern style too. Pizzeria Bianco is good pizza that's a bit over priced.

Waited for one hour and still never got our order. Watched every table receive bread. We never got bread. No one checked back with us. Every table who ordered after us got their food while we still waited. Left hungry with no food. Worst service I have ever experienced in my life. Usually pretty understanding because I work in the hospitality industry. This was ridiculous.

Food is hit or miss, ambiance is incredible, the service is just alright. They start every meal off with a plate of sourdough and a tin of olive oil to dip however the bread was served stone cold and had been seemingly sitting out for a while. It is not difficult to reheat bread and feels like the bare minimum for a place of this price. The fresh mozzarella appetizer was fantastic and perfectly salted. We ordered the Rosa and Margherita for pizzas: the Rosa is an amazing thing to try once but it is somewhat novel imo, the Margherita was very good (the quality of the tomato shines here) however while I enjoy char on my pizza I dont want my pizza crust to taste only like tannins and some slices had issues with the edges just being burnt. Lastly we ordered chocolate chip and lemon cookies for dessert but just like the bread it came out cold. They were amazing cookies - chewy, not too sweet, and well spiced - but why am I being served a cold cookie. Even 5 seconds in a microwave would have made me happy. Almost insulting when u realize it comes out to around 40~50 per person (with no drinks). The biggest upside to this place is the gorgeous interior. It is candle-lit, small and cozy but bot cramped, and with the perfect noise level for conversation.
