Writing a book on how good this place is would be easy, but due to time, and attention spans I say this:

Pizzeria Bianco lives up to its reputation for top-tier pizza and memorable dining. The Wise Guy pizza is a standout, appetizers are fresh and flavorful, drinks are well-chosen, and the staff make you feel right at home. Expect a wait, but the food and atmosphere are worth it for anyone serious about pizza!

The servers were very attentive and helped my daughter with food choices to meet her dietary needs. The food was delicious, and we loved the ambiance.

I'm not sure why all the hype, this was supposed to be a must visit on all lists. Basic iltialan food, simple flat bread pizza, nothing really stood out to me. What I will say is that little gem salad was delicious and refreshing 😋. The atmosphere was nice and quaint vibe. The servers are definitely working hard for your experience. I ordered the papardalle pasta, which was ok. I guess I was really excited for nothing. I definitely recommend a visit. Maybe you might enjoy better than me. If I do return, it's only for the salad.

Pizzeria Bianco is a must whenever we are in town. Our favorite is the WiseGuy, it's perfectly delicious. Eat inside or out, bring friends and family, try every pizza and save room for dessert!

This was a great new dining experience for me. Pizzeria Bianco of course has received plenty of great reviews and mine is just one of many in the list. It's my first time trying it in about a dozen years in Phoenix and the food was outstanding. It's amazing how the sauce and the pizza doesn't have any acidity to it. We had an outstanding meal that started with the handmade mozzarella and concluded with the Margherita Pizza. And my dinner companion had the special Coke from Mexico which I think means the good stuff real sugar so if this is a fix you need this is the place to get it. This is definitely going to go into my dining rotation.

Chris Bianco's staff always deliver delicious food with efficient and friendly service. All the awards Bianco's have received are definitely earned and deserved. Bianco's pizzas are by far our favorites.

Excellent dinner. We sampled 4 different pizzas, pappardelle with bolognese and fresh mozzarella and sautéed peppers. We couldn't ask for more! Great experience.

I am disappointed, this was a favorite and it's so sought after. However, this is the second time we have had a mediocre meal and service just not great at this location. Chris Bianco has always prided himself on quality and this meal just didn't taste like his food.

Went for Mother's Day. Can't go wrong with a pizza. But the Market Pasta is the move. Have yet to have one that underwhelms.

Pizzas are perfect. It's hard to think of ways to improve...There could be more low-cost Italian wines on the list...maybe a couple more salads...but I'm really reaching. Everything we ate was wonderful

We came here after a long day of hiking.

food: i got the wise-guy pizza. Fresh dough and ingredients. Really yummy.
I also got the seasonal Handmade Mozzarella Salad. Really refreshing even on a winter evening.

I ate this all togo. We were a party of 8 and the wait was about 2 hours long. We didn't want to wait, so we ate this all togo near by. I would love to eat hear inside. The inside looked nice inside.

After reading a mix of reviews about the pizza most good but some bad, i was curious. This is a very good neopoliton pizza. The crust was extremely flavorful and had a great bark on the sides and bottom. The crushed tomato sauce was as good as I've ever had. I honestly think the bad reviews had to have been extenuating circumstances.
I also ordered the market pasta, which I know is not going to be on the menu very often, but the pistachio pesto with white wine was amazing. It was served with penne pasta, italian sausage, and mushroom. I loved the pistachio in place of pine nuts. It brought a deeper balance to the basil. I highly recommend this as a go-to Italian restaurant in the valley.

Best pizza in the United States and that is saying a lot because I've eaten a crud load. Recommend that you get the Sonny boy but substitute the Soppasa for prosciutto and tell them to crisp it.
