Real nice residents have real fun here and enjoy the professional yet at home safe atmosphere.Also they have their loving pets a nice lawn across the street for their babies kept.clean watered and fresh and everyone seem friendly and gets along.real real nice.
The building looks amazing but is still under construction...don't understand the negative review from 5 years ago as it wasn't built yet. Expected completion date is 12/2016

High end apartment building with great views and amazing location. Rooftop terrace has a phenomenal view of both downtown Phoenix as well as Midtown and Uptown. The building is modern and centrally located with easy light rail access and walking distance to all of downtown's amenities.
