Pyro is always a special experience. It's hard to enjoy other fine dining places after experiencing the jaw dropping flavors. The best items include the handrolls, lamb chop, short rib fried rice, any of the homemade noodles, and the yellowtail shashimi. Nothing compares!
Pyro has become one of our favorite restaurants. We eat out every night, and there are lot of restaurants from which to choose. Normally, everything is over the top perfect. Last night (8/14/26) was fair. The meats on the skewers were a bit tough and dry (short ribs and pork belly). The steaks and main courses were good as usual. Still definitely worth going! Maybe just an off night in the back? We'll keep coming to support a very good restaurant!
I enjoyed this place, but the one star off stems from the heavy influence of sugar in a majority of the brunch items. I’m not talking about the French toast either. The short rib Benedict had a sauce that was sweet on it, which is so off putting on a savory morning dish. But that’s my only drawback, I would put 4.5 stars if I could and I’ll be back to try the dinner menu at some point and update my review accordingly.
