Had a great time coming in for a few drinks with my friends. We came to celebrate my birthday since I’d been wanting to try this bar and the drinks did no disappoint! We tried a lot of different cocktails and most were super good. When we arrived, we were also welcomed with a free sip drink that was so good. Our server also brought me a birthday shot later in the night with a candle so my friends could sing happy birthday. Overall the drinks were very good and the service was awesome. The location is also great, we enjoyed drinking in the Cave. Overall, had a great experience at this bar and would definitely come back. It’s such a fun cocktail experience for when you want to try drinks that are creative and different. Plus they are all so pretty!

Really great low key spot. The food and drinks were fantastic as well as the music and service. Only thing I would say is that it felt a little hot in there and wish the AC was a bit stronger but overall it was a great experience.

First bar I went to in Phoenix when visiting. I couldnt have been happier with my choice. Inside is fantastic and the drinks they made were perfect. Not only did they know how to make the drinks correctly, they happily let me choose which bottles they used to make my drinks. Staff were super friendly and quick too. Whenever I come back to Phoenix. This place will for sure be a place I return to.

I used to love this place when they first opened but I recently went back and the service was awful, really kills the vibe.
The bartender kept snapping at people that if we wanted something from the menu, it would be a bit of a wait. The place is a concept bar, obviously we want to order off the menu. He sounded so annoyed we wanted the specialty drinks the place is known for. I get being busy but just politely say it will be a wait. Don’t make customers feel bad for ordering fancy cocktails instead of basic ones.
Also we kept being told we had to order at the counter instead of from our seats, which is also fine, but every time we tried to walk up to the bar to order, an employee would come and clear our table.

Quartz was so beautiful on the inside and the staff there were so kind and amazing! I originally ordered a drink Peridot because it’s my birthstone but did not pay attention to the flavors and I ended up not liking the drink (beautifully made). Angel and Max, comped the drink and made me another. I felt so bad but they were the sweetest and had no issue. Thank you Angel and Max! You both are truly the best! Definitely try Quartz!!!!

Only one out of the 4 of us liked our drink, the service was extremely slow, and it felt cheap in a way but randomly did upscale things like a wet napkin at the end and an explanation of the drink via story -- just wasn't super cohesive and the drinks were a little lackluster. Our waiter had a great personality, but we hardly saw him.
I wouldn't come back or recommend this place (the cave specifically) to friends. Theres just too many cool bars in the Phoenix area to settle.

Went last night to The Cave. Their cocktail selection is pretty unique and also very tasty. The atmosphere, decor, the music were absolutely amazing. However, the service was sub par. It took very long to get our first round of drinks due to which they made it on the house which I really appreciate. For the second round, one of the drinks served to us was different than what we had ordered and this was after the server came to our table and asked us to confirm our order THRICE!! I would love to come again but I hope this review is taken as constructive criticism and helps improve the service in the Cave
