Que Sazon South American Cuisine & Ceviche Bar

Fabian and Julie are the owners, and busy serving and interacting with customers all day!! We found their empanadas and were HOOKED. We’ve tried the bowl, burrito, loaded fries, and tacos. Everything is AMAZING. The outdoor area is well shaded and comfortable, even most summer days. As Phoenix residents, we come here at least once a month. The owners always come chat with us and are super nice.
I hear live music is coming on Friday evenings!

Que Sazon was 5 stars without question. Service with Lila was outstanding! We sat at the bar with her and she answered all our questions and her recommendations were exceptional. The food was extraordinary! You had me at ceviche and it did not disappoint!
Fabian (owner) shared the opening journey of the restaurant. The decor and music made it feel so authentic.
We can’t wait to come back for so much more!!

MUST GO!!! SERIOUSLY! The best Peruvian empandas and ceviche. My wife and I had dinner about a month ago before a Diamondbacks Game and the service and food was SUPERB!!

Beautiful atmosphere. The food was delicious. My family and I went there before a concert and each of us were impressed with our food and drinks. Our waitress and the staff were all kind and helpful.

Great experience at Que Sazon. The highlight of the evening was our waitress, who was knowledgeable, attentive, gracious and engaging. We would return just for the amazing service, but the food was also delicious. The empanadas de pollo were flavorful, crunchy, and not at all dry inside (as empanadas so often are).

The ceviche Colombiano camarón was a standout - the shrimp was VERY fresh, and the flavors thoughtfully developed. There was also a ceviche with a pop of sweetness from fresh pineapple that became an instant favorite at the table. High praise as well for the coconut gelato dessert empanadas - delightfully sweet and SO much crunch! (Dangerous - I could just keep eating those forever!)

We can't wait to come back and dive into the entrees. Highly recommend this downtown treasure, but recommend carpooling as parking is quite overpriced.

Location is beautiful and the space has a historic charm to it, but food didn't look or taste good. A lot of the food is the same fried brown color or green. Ordered the Ceviche Columbia and I was just ok. But couldn't see myself ordering anything else. Staff was underwhelming and seemed confused with technology.

Everything about this restaurant is top notch. The staff, the food, the vibes... It really has it all! You can tell they put a lot of effort ensuring the highest quality ingredients come together to form dishes with just about the best flavors you can imagine. Everything is done with intention and it shows!

This place is incredible! Fabián and Julie, the owners, are great. The pork is one of the best foods I’ve had. I went once and loved it so much I went twice more that same week.

Just ate here tonight. I travel a LOT and this was and has been the best meal I’ve eaten across the US in a while. Every single dish we ordered and split was packed with flavor and love. The staff guided us and we left happier than ever. I cannot wait to come back!
