This cane's is very friendly and has been my favorite place to go to have lunch and dinner and their seats are very very comfortable. 5/5 and also a good location to be where the traffic!

Surprisingly I got lucky with no one in line at the drive through. The box came almost quicker than my change. Other places I would have waited and taken a chance on some E. coli. Consistent goodness is Cane's name of the game.

Broke down in the middle of drive through! Embarrassing! Cashier was so sweet when I walked up to the window to get my food and so understanding! ??

First time ever visiting on 9/25/24 and overall the food was ok. They shorted me a tender so I had to get another one. The coleslaw was thrown away as we didn’t like it. Chicken itself was moist. I honestly expected more from this place but from my experience it was ok. This isn’t on my “go to” list food wise. Staff was friendly however, the cashier kept staring at my 13 yr old daughter and it made her really uncomfortable so we ended up moving outside.

I don’t expect much going thru fast food chains. But I got double charged for 2 peoples orders because I was told my card didn’t go through. Even though both receipts reflected authorized payment. I go into store and speak to who claimed to be MANAGER by the name of JACKIE she was very rude and condescending when I asked her if meal could be discounted or waived for having to drive back to location and food was now cold. Her words. You should have called, I can’t help you there. Is this how management is trained to talk to customers pretty sad would love to get any explanation on this. No issues with MELODY at window could of been just honest mistake on her end.
