You bring something to their attention in the employees act like it's a joke giggling failing to take care of the issue probably the worst Cannes I've been to and I've been doing quite a few always have issues here you're welcome for the review hopefully you can correct it

Went today 4/3/24 around 2:15 and the girl at the window was so rude! Rushing me through the drive through, I asked her for ketchup, she said it was in the bag already and it wasn’t. Bad customer service, now I got to eat these dry fry’s

I love him so much that I bought a shirt. A year ago, maybe even 2yrs ago but I still wear that shirt lolParking: They have a huge parking lot...Kid-friendliness: I see kids in there all the time with their families and it's got movie themes all over the walls so it's pretty neat to see all of the photos they have up.Wheelchair accessibility: I just know they have wheelchair accessibility.
I always come here and my food is always prefect. Not today, I come in through drive thru and I get 3 box combos with extra toast and 3 sweet teas. I know they are normally busy but the lines move fast. When I got to the window it took probably 8-10 mins for me to even pay. I saw through the window a girl on her phone and then I finally get my food. When I get home my tea is unsweetened and my chicken taste like it was eaither cooked in old oil or burnt oil. Even when I rolled down my window you can tell it smells like something was burnt. I'm really upset about this hopefully you guys can fix this problem.
