My kids love this place! Whenever I ask my son what he wants for dinner he ALWAYS says “Canes”The canes sauce is his absolute favorite!!! (Mine too lowkey)
We frequently go to this location but this time they were not running on all cylinders. The drive thru cashier didn't know how to run a gift card, they were unable to give us a receipt, we did not get the extra piece of chicken we ordered and we don't know if we were charged for it because we didn't get a receipt. The food was good but the cane's sauce tasted different than usual.

horrible people. bad service. you place the order and they choiose to screw it up, then when you come back to fix it, they see you and start laughing and all huddle together like some preteen football huddle but rather than plan anything or talk, they just point and giggle for having given you an entire box of toast.

03/11/24 (Night Shift) the guy on the window was being so rude and not being helpful…. I asked him nicely if he could please change one of my drinks to a lemonade drink and gave an attitude!
Person at the drive-thru was very nice and was moving the line at a very effective pace . However, person handing out the food gave me an attitude when I had her fix my drink. I get they were very stressed but little things could take it from an amazing experience to just a good experience.
