Ordered extra toast and cane sauce asked at the window when they gave us the food if they were in the bag. They said yes we got home and no they were not. I recomend you open your bag and check your order before you leave the window. Very inefficient!
I have been coming to this location for years always love the service and food. Tonight though I wanted to acknowledge the outstanding service I was given by their closing manager. My order had some mishaps happen while it was being made and the fryer was not functioning properly, I had to wait for a very long time but the manager went out of his way to give me box combo coupons for free food and upgraded my meals to Caniac combos. It changed the experience from negative to positive...
It's a chain fast food restaurant. Food quality seems OK. Cane's seems to have also let shrinkflation consume their business. Portions feel smaller than before COVID. I always have 1 tender smaller than the others now days.
