This is my go to canes, but they have really been slacking recently when it comes to getting my order correct. Today I ordered a box combo with no slaw, xtra toast and a three finger. I got a three finger combo and a case with 2 fingers and fries. Nothing else. I payed $27 dollars to get less than half of my meal. When you go, always check your bag to see if your order is correct.

This was my first time dining in at Raising Cane’s. I live in WV and we don’t have one anywhere near by. They have A Christmas Story plushies for sale and the sign has 3 different ones and they had two pink bunnies in the front at the counter as a display. They would not sell me one of the display ones even though he said they were getting some boxes in Saturday. We will be back to WV by then. Pretty bummed out.

Usually when I come here the service or the food is 50/50. Someone usually messes up somewhere on the order or tenders are smaller with more bread than meat. Today it was a combination of both. The lady taking orders today in the drive thru kept talking through the mic in one lane specifically, taking order after order. So one lane was only moving instead of both merging. 4 cars later and myself inquiring for service in the other lane but told to hold while she continued serving...
