Went during my lunch time and sat at the bar. When I walked in the hostess said about 15min wait. Asked if I could go to the bar since it was just me. She said go ahead but it's going to be the same wait to get service it's not going to be a shorter time. I went to the bar my waitress was very nice and she was attentive.

We ordered 3 burgers for the 3 of us and only mine came out right. My daughter said no mayo (mayo was on it)and my wife wanted only mustard(thousand island was on it) Mine was regular which is why it was right. Manager removed one from the bill but the damage was done.

Totally forgot that I had a gift card from my mom for months! Thankfully she was able to find it and resend it to me. After a very long day at work I ventured to Red Robin right up the street and parked myself in a booth. My server, Erin, was very kind and attentive. She was the only server not only helping me, but a table of six with children and two sets of adults.
