Reinas De Las Pupusas Restaurant

There was a roach on the floor when we visited before we even got our food. We immediatelt left so I cant say if the food was good or not. Wouldnt recommend.

I love this place. They have great customer service. Everyone is very friendly, and the food is amazing. I don’t have a single complaint. I feel like they are so underrated. They should have 5 stars.

No frills type of restaurant. My mom lives by this place and she picked this place for lunch. Would I purposely go back again? No... The food wasn't bad but the curtido could have been better and the portion of the beans was tiny, I asked for a container to go and I was able to place my beans and my mom's in a 4oz container. (I'm familiar with the to-go containers and the sizes because I've worked at restaurants before)

The Jamaica was very good but if you don't specify that you want the Medium size they will automatically bring you a Large. I was not able to drink all of it. I could have asked for a cup to go but the service was not the greatest and the waitress didn't give the vibes that she wanted to be there. At one point she was sitting at the table next to us with her daughter eating and had her phone really loud having a conversation. I got second hand embarrassment when a customer came to her table to ask the server for to go containers. I just feel like customers shouldn't feel like they have to bother their waitress. Arizona is filled with an abundance of Salvadorian Restaurants I suggest you find another one to enjoy good service.

I eat here often because I love the food. The food is great! However, there is no organization or committed staff. The service does lack but it’s because they are understaffed. In the hour or so that I was there, 2 different parties walked out. I overheard the table next to us complaining that they had been waiting for an hour for their food. Another table, complained about the portion of their meal. The presentation of the food is always different and so are the portions. Our waitress came out to tell us that she couldn’t serve us our atole because she was behind on drinks….honestly I was taken back but we told her we would wait. I don’t believe that this should ever be an excuse given to a customer. I love this place and desire nothing but the best for them but, there needs to be better management.

I’ve pupusas a lot of different places but these are BEST I’ve had thus far. Pupusas are perfectly crispy and the pork and chicken are seasoned sooo well. Their rice is fire too! The customer service has amazing. 100/10! Please take the time to come and try it out!! Also, the playlist here is very good, made me want to get up and dance.

Best lunch I’ve had in…. A long time. I’ll be back, regularly. The red sauce accompanying the pupusas is absolutely amazing, and the beans are perfect.

Awesome fresh soup. And handmade tortillas.

Service was terrible. I had to get up myself to get the waitress, although there were only 2 tables being served. The food was good but too expensive. If you don't mind, the extra charges takeout would be the best idea. Restaurants is very cute but have large fans blowing at you while you eat.

Food is great i just wouldn’t eat there any more after seeing a roach in my back they gave me… they are Roach infested really bad.. I get my hair done at the shop next door and I’ve seen on many occasions exterminator come and it’s soo bad u see the roaches coming from the wall of the restaurant into the shop I would be safe unless u want to eat roaches and there eggs I have no idea how they are still open
