This was one of the highlights of a so so staycation.
The first time I had the summer prix fixe menu which is a great deal and has great options I did do the ceviche upgrade, then the Caesar Salad and the Wagyu Brisket.
The sea bass ceviche was amazing with the passion fruit, and I think was my favorite thing I ate the whole stay. The Caesar is a poblano Caesar and very good it's a nice spin on the traditional Caesar. The Wagyu Brisket...

The food was great but a bit spicy for me.
Loud atmosphere yet fun. I did not like my server because she approached our table with a loud voice and a dirty stained black apron to take our dinner order. Would you want your ($000’s) food delivered to your table in a dirty apron? The Manager of this restaurant should have more pride and class! Wash the APRONS of the Servers nightly!!!
