The pho here is phenomenal. I've had Pho from all over the AZ and WA state and there really is no comparison to the pho at Rice Paddy. It is so good that what I thought was good pho before is really unacceptable now that I've had this pho. I'm not joking when I say that you will be craving this soup after the 1st time you have it.

Now that I’ve become a regular here, I think a review is due! I see a lot in here about wait time, yes, quality and freshness take a little extra time. Every dish is prepared with care and passion. If you want a fast food experience, this isn’t it. I cannot have gluten and the chef will either be honest about a dish not being safe or prepare a dish to be safe.
