Today I ordered a tofu pho for takeout. When I got home I noticed they didn’t give me any tofu, just veggies :( :(
Edit- I recently heard from an inside source that their ‘vegan’ broth is not actually vegan. I am disgusted.
Amazing food. I've always driven by and never stopped. My mom and I went and lived it. Gotta try the grammas chicken wings!

We finally decided to stop by this small, cozy restaurant for dinner after passing by it many times. The ambiance inside was inviting, but we opted for outdoor seating. While the weather was nice, the experience was somewhat affected by the noise and car emissions from passing traffic.
The food was just okay—nothing bad, but nothing particularly memorable either. It was average in taste and presentation. Parking can be a bit tricky, so be sure to watch for the "Entrance" sign, or you might have to make a U-turn.
Overall, it was an okay experience. Not bad, but nothing that would make us rush back.

This pho has absolutely no flavor and overpriced im very disappointed.
The food and atmosphere are great, and the food never disappoints me, but the customer service is the worst. There is a woman who speaks Spanish, and every time I go, she is extremely rude to customers. If you ask for salsa or even just water, she gives it to you with a bad attitude.
The last time I went, I asked for more salsa, and she couldn’t even say, “I’ll bring it to you in a moment.” She just turned her face away and ignored me for minutes. Then suddenly, someone threw the salsa at me, and I saw that it was her. Instead of bringing it to my table, she just tossed it.
The poor customer service makes me not want to go back, especially since most of the time, she is there, and she is always just as rude. If she doesn’t like customer service, she should work somewhere else because her way of attending to customers is terrible. And this isn’t just a one-time thing—it happens every time I go.

Foods amazing. I would definitely go back strictly for the wraps. Hit it up during happy hour.
Just want to add that there's a gentleman who is hard-working. It's unfortunate his counterpart is not to his caliber. She definitely lacks teamwork and seems to take her time with everything while he's running around sweating. Keep up the good work, bud.

Service took forever. Pho came out Luke warm. Ordered a Vietnamese coffee and it was warm and did not taste good. Very high prices for the lack of quality.

Spring roll was not rolled tight

Pho is bland and prices are pretty high. It’s not awful but the service isn’t great. Nothing here makes me want to return. The inside of the restaurant is cool I guess.

First time in AZ to catch up with friends and stopped by to eat some familiar food before hopping on a plane. Saw the prices for a single spring roll to be $8-10 that are larger than authentically and immediately decided to go for a classic pho dac biet which was fair in terms of flavor ($20). Maybe it’s the area, maybe it’s a financial decision by the owner, but the portion does not line up with its price compared to places I’ve had nationwide. Sauce serving containers and spoon were not sanitary, plates and bowls were chipped all over. The atmosphere is nice, but when you were hoping for authentic viet food AND know what/how a viet restaurant caters to its regulars, you can’t help but feel the place is a trap for first time viet cuisine eaters. Overall it’s a restaurant that serves viet food, NOT a viet restaurant.

Severely unimpressed with the service I received today. Only Vietnamese person in the restaurant at the time and felt out of place in a restaurant that’s supposed to celebrate Vietnamese food and heritage. I entered waiting to be seated and was met with a look of confusion and was told to seat myself. No hello or welcome in upon arrival either. The staff weren’t outwardly rude however, I felt a little unwelcome as they took to other guests quickly and left me waiting for what seemed like ages. Food here is decent. If you’re looking for a traditional Vietnamese experience look elsewhere. This restaurant caters to the western palette which isn’t inherently a bad thing but the spring rolls I received contained hard bits of avocado and made the dish unappealing.

We are regular customers here and this never happened to us at rice paper but first time we felt we are not recognized as customers. We have waited for long time but our order was never taken and no one bothered to take order even though we reached out to them. It felt like discrimination and intentional . I would never prefer to come here. I would not recommend this place.

Not a takeout place. I just got my order delivered to a hotel and I’m unable to eat my food, no plates or utensils. Also, my pho was poorly packed and spilled in the bag. Thanks for nothing.
